Long story short, AWESOME company to do business with. We had planned on a complete roof replacement this April, but we hadn't totally vetted and picked a contractor yet. As luck would have it, our neighbor next door had decided to do the same thing, but we had no idea who they contracted with until Precision Trades and Services (PT&S) arrived. We were able to watch PT&S remove and replace their roof. We were extremely impressed by their attention to detail, materials used, quality control and that both the owner, Jon, and project manager, Mario, were routinely on site. So, we met with Mario who did a thorough inspection of our roof and subsequently provided us with an estimate which we found to be spot-on fair and reasonable. BTW, PT&S is a certified contractor for Owens Corning. We hired PT&S a day later. Our new roof looks wonderful, and we've had many compliments from our neighbors. Jon and Mario are truly dedicated to their customers, and we felt they are as honest as the day is long -- the most valuable quality when looking for a contractor. Communication with Jon and Mario before and after our job was quick and responsive. We almost wish we could find a fault to balance out our review, but there isn't any. They are very deserved of our 5-star rating, and we highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

They did 100% of what they said they were going to do talk to four other companies. For same job One of them didn’t call back for days. The other three lied I would give this company a 10 star rating and I did not know if these people till they pulled in my drive

Dealt with Jon and Mario at Precision Trades & Services. The crew was on time and in and done with my roof within 2 days. Came back the third day to clean up. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs because they did an amazing job and showed professionalism.

Wow did Mario and his professional team do an outstanding job putting our Metal roof on in 4 days. Mario brought Arianne a new employee who was delightful. His crew took great care on clean up as my 2 pups are my kids and I could not have cleaned my yard better myself. My house looks great and My pups made a new friend in Bella Mario’s sweet dog.. Highly Recommend this company to anyone on the treasure coast looking for a metal or shingle roof. Oh did I mention our RV was in the driveway with the dumpster next to it and you would never know a roof was put up around it, they took great care. I was in contact mainly with Mario Scotto. I did meet in a contact with the other owner Jon Nalewak. Both very friendly personable guys. Mario met with me often and stayed in constant contact throughout the process. From start to finish took approximately 2 weeks from meeting through completing. The work in general the tear off and reinstall took just over a day. I could not have asked for a better crew to do the job.

Jon and his team are truly the best of the best. We had to replace rotted out cedar siding and decided to go with vinyl. Jon walked us through each step with excellent recommendations, kindly and patiently answered all of my questions and delivered something even better than I could have hoped for! The siding team he brought in, lead by Ike, were all top notch- so kind, professional, excellent in their trade and went above and beyond in the process. They kept the work site in pristine condition and once they left, there was no trace of scraps left behind. We also decided to get new gutters and that crew was also excellent. Jon was here each day making sure everyone had all they needed and kept in constant communication with us as the project progressed. He gave me honest recommendations on what did and did not need to be done right now and was very respectful of our budget. We will definitely work with him again for our future renovation needs! 10/10

We had Gorki out here today to install outdoor ceiling fans, repair flooring and install kitchen light fixtures. He was an absolute professional who knew what he was doing and a pleasure to work with. Jon was super great and always available for communication and scheduling. We plan on continuing with Precision Trades and Services for our future projects!
